Giga Factory Arctic - Norway
Giga factory 1 & 2 Combined, called Giga Arctic, are in detail planning. The plan is to construct this at "Sentraltomta", a site inside Mo industrial Park in Mo i Rana Northern Norway.
June 29th, it was announced that FREYR Battery's board sanctioned the construction of the Giga Arctic Factory.
Timeline of Gigafactory combined 1 & 2
Preparatory groundwork is about to be completed by land owner Mo Industripark . Final investment decision to be made within first half of 2022.
The gigafactory will be approximately 33 meters high, 650 meters long and 150 meters wide.
