Integration and community impact in Mo i Rana, Norway

Early on after the decision of FREYR to plan for developing the Customer Qualification Plant in Mo i Rana, the municipality asked their Business Development company Rana Utvikling to formalize a collaborative structure with FREYR and identify the key areas to succeed in for a successful investment and integration of FREYR into the community.

The mandate, topics and stakeholders were mapped and a structure put in place with a steering group between RU and FREYR with a number of subcommittees working on various topics and including local stakeholders as per topic.
